This problem has reduced / stopped my bloating and trapped wind issue, my bowels and stomach feel a lot less uncomfortable for a change, which makes a nice change, I find them to work very well

These do not taste bad, very mild mint no chalky taste and they do help.
Certain foods make me feel bloated and trapped wind and can be uncomfortable, these did not take it off 100% but they did make it slightly more bearable .
I will continue to use but not sure if would re-buy , may work better for some than others .

It’s not something anyone wants to talk about but if you’re having trouble, look no further. I have had it all antacids, the pink stuff, you name it, but nothing works like this.
Low carb, high fiber diets can cause a lot of trapped gas. For me, that also causes extreme nausea. I don’t want to look nine months preggars either. This stuff works and fast. If I know I’m having 5-10 cookies that I’ve made from scratch that have a good amount of fiber and sugar alcohol, you best believe I’m going to follow them up with one of these.
Trying resistant starch powder or just eating potatoes that have been cooked then cooled on a 3-5 day potato hack? If you have a compromised digestive system, if your microbiome (ecological bacterial gut system) is off, then that’s going to create a lot of gas. Be sure to follow up with one of these.
If you normally have a lot of gas from “normal” food, you should look into improving your healthy gut bacteria with some of the things I’ve mentioned.

Not as good as another more economical competitor that has a range of great flavours. Therapeutically it is good however and flavour not too bad. Not intending to buy again.
