Combined with a healthy diet, and less abuse this product brought out unknown gum ulcers, and repaired my gums after 2 months of use… i am still healing my gums and this product has definably helped…. you just have to be committed to mouth hygiene and support with a calcium/ phosphorus rich diet…. my gums have never looked better after years of smoking and alcohol abuse and poor hygiene…. I bought a magnified mirror and some simple dentists tool to remove plaque too…..(it saves a lot of money ) every day i use oral MD morning, night and midday if i can…. 3 drops on my normal tooth paste is all i use each time… taking time to reach the places i normally miss..
