I’m not quite sure what they mean by ‘sheerness’ so that is why I gave that section an average marking. Being honest, as a long term sufferer of vaginal atrophy, this product has made so much difference to my life in helping with this miserable condition. I wish I had known and been more prepared for this condition but many women like myself seem to be quite ignorant about this condition till they hit menopause and then have it. I’m sorry to say my own GP was not helpful and it wasn’t until I had to go to hospital for something else that I even knew I had this and received appropriate treatment. I then researched different creams until I found this one and I have stuck with this one. I am grateful to be able to buy it on Amazon at such a good price. Perhaps it won’t suit everyone, but I think this is an excellent product.

I always use this product after a bath at night the cream does the job I feel more comfortable i have only used it twice so far and I could feel a difference from the first use. The only thing I don’t like is the smell leaves me smelling a little bit like peas but it is not a strong smell so it is manageable

Had a problem with dryness since the menopause resulting in a very uncomfortable vaginal area with itching, burning and minor lesions. Tried Vagisil first but while this gave a certain amount of relief it wasn’t long term. I tried Vagisan from reading the reviews on here and found it to be most effective. It took about 3 days to really kick in but since then have applied it twice daily and then only once a day after my shower in the morning.
It is okay to use long term too so I have ordered another tube to keep by me. Didn’t use the applicator so cannot comment on that as vagina itself was not affected. I would not hesitate to say to you mature ladies out there try it & see if it works for you, for me it saved a doctors appointment!

Non greasy white, soothing moisturiser for the lady bits. Non stingy which is great.
The cream is expensive but if it works over coming weeks to reduce dryness & discomfort, will be money well spent
There are many such creams to choose from but this one on a FB group for vaginal atrophy gave this good reviews so I decided to give it a go. Early days but so far so good .
